Senior Finance Analyst – B2G Reconciliation (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Global Services Finance Legal Entity Accounting team in Milan. The role focuses on B2G reconciliation, eInvoicing, and supporting legal entity accounting across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and own B2G reconciliation processes, ensuring accurate filings and meeting corporate and regional deadlines.
• Perform daily eInvoicing and eArchiving operations for global markets and transition processes to other locations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional finance teams to resolve discrepancies, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations.
• Prepare detailed reconciliation reports, analyse variances and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support audit preparation and respond to audit inquiries related to reconciliation activities.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Alteryx workflows to deliver actionable insights and automate data handling.

Required profile

• Solid accounting and finance knowledge with basic VAT understanding.
• Experience in a shared services centre, multinational corporation or BPO environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Italian.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under tight deadlines and handle ambiguity.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel.
