Senior Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Financial Controller to join our headquarters in Carpi, Italy, supporting the Orbico SportStyle brands (Champion, Game 7, Dockers). The role will drive financial planning, analysis and reporting to enable strategic decisions and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee forecasting, budgeting and business planning activities to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Manage monthly closing procedures, evaluate financial performance and investigate variances from budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct comprehensive brand profitability analyses to identify opportunities for growth and margin improvement.
• Perform market and competitor evaluations to inform business strategy and detect emerging trends.
• Supervise inventory levels to ensure effective stock management in line with sales forecasts.
• Develop detailed balance‑sheet movement analyses to promote financial transparency and support management reporting.
