Senior Graphic Designer – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Jumeirah, a global leader in luxury hospitality, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to create high‑end visual assets for its portfolio of signature restaurants. The role is based in Dubai and works closely with Marketing, Creative & Content, and Social teams to deliver polished designs that reflect the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual assets for restaurant campaigns, activations and guest‑facing materials across print, digital, social, menus, event collateral and on‑property touchpoints.
• Translate creative briefs into high‑quality design outputs while respecting each outlet’s unique identity.
• Prepare artwork, layouts and production‑ready files with meticulous attention to colour, typography and finishing requirements.
• Adapt approved visual directions into consistent assets for multiple restaurant concepts.
• Maintain organized design files, templates and asset libraries to ensure efficient delivery and brand consistency.
• Support timely design delivery for campaigns, launches and trading moments.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic, visual or creative production, preferably within hospitality, luxury, lifestyle or agency environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design craft across print, digital, social and brand‑led materials.
• Detail‑oriented, responsive and collaborative with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong layout, typography and artwork preparation abilities.
