Senior Growth Marketing Manager – EMEA (Spain & Italy)

About the role

Airbnb is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to shape and execute its growth strategy across the EMEA region, with a primary focus on Spain and Italy. You will work at the intersection of market insights, strategy, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze performance data, customer behavior and market trends in Italy and Spain to uncover growth opportunities.
• Translate market insights into localized growth strategies and partner with regional and global channel owners to launch, monitor and optimise campaigns.
• Adapt global initiatives to local languages, cultures and consumer habits.
• Provide strategic guidance for key platforms such as Google Search, YouTube, Meta, programmatic display and affiliate ecosystems.
• Collaborate closely with Regional Marketing, Engineering, Product, Data Science and Creative teams to align priorities, shape product roadmaps and ensure flawless execution.
• Deliver clear reporting and actionable insights to regional leadership.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the Spanish and Italian markets, including cultural nuances and platform usage.
• Proven experience in growth or performance marketing within a multinational environment.
• Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills across global and regional teams.
