Senior Key Account Manager – LEGO Certified Stores (Italy)

About the role

LEGO is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead the development of LEGO Certified Stores across Italy. Based in Milan, you will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with franchise partners and internal teams to expand the store network and drive commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the store network development strategy, mapping opportunities based on market potential and brand penetration.
• Own yearly business plans for each store, leading planning meetings with Country Managers, Sales Leadership, and store operators.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with LEGO Certified Store operators and key internal collaborators.
• Ensure operational excellence through store opening processes, rollout of the Store Operating Manual, assortment definition, and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Organise training for store managers to align operations with LEGO standards and track customer satisfaction.
• Guide and support operators in implementing annual marketing activities.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in a commercial, customer‑facing role such as Key Account Management.
• Comprehensive understanding of retail store operations, preferably within a franchise or branded retail environment.
• Strong commercial acumen, financial understanding, and ability to navigate complex organisations.
• Excellent intercultural communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Italy and internationally (approximately twice a year).
• Fluency in English and Italian.
