Senior Luxury Experience Designer

About the role

Queen of Clubs is seeking a Senior Luxury Experience Designer to manage and create bespoke travel experiences for elite clients. Based in our newly opened Chiasso office, you will take full ownership of luxury travel requests from inception to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate luxury travel requests end‑to‑end, overseeing itineraries, ground operations, hotels, villas, logistics and exclusive experiences across Italy and Switzerland.
• Communicate daily with luxury suppliers, travel agencies and international advisors.
• Design and deliver tailor‑made itineraries and proposals for elite clientele.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with suppliers and clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Use BeConcierge CRM to create, manage and track bookings and performance.
• Apply strategic sales techniques to close deals, optimise margins and exceed performance objectives.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve client requests discreetly and at the highest service standards.
• Gather, analyse and report client feedback to continuously elevate service quality.
• Lead and mentor assistant bookers, supporting their development and performance.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Passionate about luxury travel, lifestyle and premium service delivery.
• Proven experience in travel or hospitality, preferably with travel agencies, concierge companies, luxury hotels or related luxury sales environments.
• Based in or around Chiasso (fully in‑office position).
• Highly detail‑oriented, able to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Confident with pricing, costing and financial calculations.
• Proactive, polished and strongly client‑focused.
• Motivated, reliable and comfortable taking ownership in a high‑performance setting.
