About the role

AGCO is seeking a Senior Manager Operations to lead operational excellence across a complex manufacturing plant. The role focuses on safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people management while driving continuous improvement in a fast‑changing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Ensure full compliance with quality, safety and HSE standards, partnering with relevant functions.
• Oversee plant operations to meet volume, quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous‑improvement initiatives using structured tools.
• Manage key operational stakeholders, including TPM maintenance and Workers Council relations.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in industrial and manufacturing operations, especially in metal‑mechanical environments.
• Proven leadership of multi‑level teams in high‑pressure settings.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
