Senior Marketing Manager Italy

About the role

As the first Marketing Manager for Italy, you will lead plancraft’s market entry, shaping brand perception and connecting with local contractors. You will work on‑site in Milan alongside a small local team and collaborate closely with the Hamburg headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the local marketing budget, aligning initiatives with global strategy.
• Prioritize, test and execute campaigns that build awareness, trust and growth in Italy.
• Identify, onboard and manage Italian creators, partners and contractors, handling collaborations from briefing to tracking.
• Collect customer stories and market insights to inform internal teams.
• Create and publish Italian content across social media, website and campaigns.
• Grow Italian social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) with localized short‑form video.
• Plan and execute local events, fairs, workshops and community meetups.

Required profile

• Hands‑on marketing experience with a balance of strategic thinking and execution.
• Proven ability to prioritize activities, test ideas and focus on impact in an early‑stage market.
• Strong affinity for social media and confidence appearing on camera for local content.
• Native‑level Italian communication and professional English proficiency (minimum B2).

Required skills

• Experience creating copy, case studies, social media content and short‑form video.
• Understanding of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn best practices.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and SEA.
