Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the strategic portfolio of our flagship seasonal categories and year‑round bakery products for the Bauli brand. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will shape growth strategies, drive innovation, and strengthen brand leadership within an international FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategies to achieve category leadership across multiple business areas.
• Shape the innovation agenda by identifying new opportunities and accelerating portfolio growth.
• Lead brand‑building initiatives that enhance consumer engagement and long‑term equity.
• Collaborate with Communication, Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Finance to ensure flawless marketplace execution.
• Manage, coach, and develop a high‑performing marketing team.
• Contribute to strategic business decisions, balancing short‑term performance with long‑term value creation.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Significant marketing experience in leading FMCG companies.
• Proven track record in brand strategy, innovation and portfolio management.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach.
• Fluent English.
