Senior Performance Marketing Manager – B2C

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level performance marketer to own and execute our digital acquisition strategy for a fast‑growing B2C energy provider. Based on‑site in Lido di Camaiore, you will work closely with the American owners and the Italian sales and marketing teams to turn marketing spend into measurable sales.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive lead generation and conversion across all digital channels.
• Plan, launch and optimise in‑house campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and other performance platforms.
• Utilise Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager and SEO tools to track and improve performance.
• Manage and optimise price‑comparison websites as key acquisition sources.
• Develop B2C performance‑marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition, sales and market share.
• Continuously test and optimise campaigns, landing pages and funnels using A/B testing.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and customer behaviour to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support commercial objectives and lead quality.
• Analyse metrics such as leads, conversion rates and ROI and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in performance or digital acquisition marketing, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Proven track record of generating high‑quality leads and converting them into sales.
• Hands‑on mindset with the ability to manage campaigns from start to finish.
• Comfortable working on‑site and collaborating with international stakeholders.
