Senior Process & Digital Transformation Consultant

About the role

Avvale FORWARD is looking for a senior professional to guide Italian and international clients through complex business and digital transformation journeys. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping organisations redesign processes, organisational models and digital solutions with a focus on circular‑economy principles.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client needs and identify opportunities to optimise business processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design digital solutions.
• Support the transition from linear to circular economy models across diverse industries.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.
• Provide thought‑leadership on emerging technologies, service design and process excellence.

Required profile

• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and technology.
• Proven experience in business advisory, process improvement and digital transformation.
• Strong communication skills to interact with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously and in multicultural teams.

What we offer

• Remote work policy: up to 5 days a week in Italy (and up to 5 months per year in SEE and Switzerland).
• Annual gross salary between €38,500 and €51,500, aligned with experience.
