Senior Product Manager – Credit

About the role

Satispay is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale its Credit business line within the Features & Payment domain. You will lead the development of innovative solutions such as Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) and ensure they are intuitive, transparent, and seamlessly integrated for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategy and execution for BNPL products, taking features from 0 to 1 and managing their scaling phase.
• Focus on the consumer‑facing experience, making complex financial tools intuitive and transparent.
• Act as a strategic orchestrator across Finance, Marketing, Data Science, and Fincrime/Fraud to align priorities around a shared product vision.
• Write clear user stories and requirements for Engineering, aligning frontend experiences with backend logic such as credit scoring and collection.
• Analyze product usage and performance metrics to optimise credit features and uncover new market opportunities.
• Advocate for thorough documentation and efficient workflows, mentoring the team to anticipate obstacles and ensure smooth delivery.

Required profile

• Resilience to build a new business pillar and a problem‑solving mindset focused on team‑driven success.
• 5+ years as a Product Manager, including at least 3 years in the Credit domain.
• Proven track record launching products from scratch and scaling them through growth phases.
• Strong understanding of credit scoring, collection management, and overall financial mechanics.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams (Engineering, UX, BI, Finance).
• Professional fluency in English.
