Senior Product Manager - Payments

About the role

Satispay is building the most loved financial platform in the world, empowering over 6.5M users with easy, accessible financial services. As a Senior Product Manager you will make investing radically simple and accessible across a range of asset types, driving product outcomes from concept to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Roadmap ownership – define and own the roadmap for investment products (ETFs, stocks, funds, money‑market, pension), from opportunity sizing to shipped features, backed by data and user research.
• Regulatory complexity – balance user simplicity with the regulatory and product intricacies of investment offerings.
• Compliance collaboration – work closely with compliance and legal teams given the regulated nature of the products.
• User research – conduct interviews, usability tests and analyse support tickets to turn insights into concrete product decisions.
• Execution & iteration – define specifications and collaborate daily with design and engineering to ship features, then iterate based on performance data.
• KPI management – track and own core metrics such as activation, adoption, AUM and transaction volumes, reporting without spin.

Required profile

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally with regulated products (investing, lending, insurance).
• Proven track record in the investment space and a genuine passion for finance.
• Data‑driven mindset – build hypotheses, validate them and rely on analytics to guide decisions.
• User‑centric focus – prioritize direct user feedback and research over unverified assumptions.
• Cross‑functional collaboration – thrive working alongside designers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
