Senior Project Manager – Commercial & Project Coordination (Hybrid, Milan)

About the role

Genmab is expanding its commercial footprint across Europe and seeks a dynamic Senior Project Manager to support sales, congress activities, and cross‑functional projects in Italy. The role blends inside‑sales support, CRM management, event coordination, and executive assistance, working in a fast‑paced biotech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate back‑office sales activities, including purchase order and supplier management.
• Maintain and optimise CRM data in Veeva and Salesforce, ensuring accurate customer interaction records.
• Support data‑driven reporting in partnership with Sales, Marketing and Analytics teams.
• Prepare sales materials, product updates and organise virtual or in‑person customer touchpoints.
• Manage pre‑, during‑ and post‑congress logistics, booth setup, meeting scheduling and vendor liaison.
• Track congress outcomes and integrate leads into CRM systems.
• Lead ad‑hoc commercial initiatives such as promotional campaigns, speaker events and market research support.
• Facilitate communication between Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal and other cross‑functional teams.
• Provide executive assistance and office management for the General Manager of Italy.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment.
• Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical commercial operations is preferred.
