Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Program Manager to lead strategic business and digital transformation initiatives in complex international environments. The role focuses on project governance, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and delivering results aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex business and technology transformation projects and programs.
• Define and oversee project plans, governance frameworks, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate stakeholders across multiple functions, teams, and organizational levels.
• Prepare and deliver executive‑level reporting, status updates, and governance documentation.
• Facilitate steering committees and key decision‑making forums.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and roadblocks.
• Drive collaboration among internal teams, external partners, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance to ensure delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years of experience in Project or Program Management.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale, international initiatives.
• Strong expertise in project governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading business and digital transformation projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
