Senior Quality Process Auditor

About the role

Stellantis is seeking a Senior Quality Process Auditor to join its Quality Team. The role involves conducting audits across the company's domains, ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO/IATF standards, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out quality audits based on QMS and ISO/IATF standards.
• Advise auditees on improving operating methods and define, validate, and follow up on action plans.
• Supervise implementation of action plans and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Support risk assessment activities as a preventive approach.
• Detect, assess, and communicate the seriousness of risks related to product conformity.
• Validate robustness of action plans and raise alerts for deviations.
• Share findings with stakeholders and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Prepare summaries of ISO/IATF findings and prioritize improvement actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in process auditing within an industrial or automotive environment.
• Strong ability to evaluate control levels, identify gaps, and propose corrective actions.
• Experience in root‑cause analysis and managing corrective‑preventive action (CAPA) processes.
• Capability to monitor progress of action plans and report deviations to appropriate levels.
