Senior Sales Manager

About the role

Adlook, a fast‑growing ad tech company, is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by developing relationships with upper‑funnel clients and agencies. You will leverage Adlook’s innovative advertising solutions to expand market presence and secure new business.

Key responsibilities

• Build awareness and adoption of Adlook branding solutions through client presentations, conferences, and direct sales efforts.
• Drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts.
• Engage senior advertiser executives to grow deals and act as a marketplace subject‑matter expert.
• Identify and prioritize connections with key decision‑makers at large corporate advertisers and media agencies.
• Educate prospects on Adlook offerings and stay informed about industry trends.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital ad sales with a proven track record selling to brands and agencies.
• Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.
• Excellent media and communication abilities.
• Consultative, diagnosis‑driven selling approach.
• Proven relationship‑building skills with brands and agencies.
• Enthusiasm for sales fundamentals, measurement of effectiveness, and client engagement.
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment, embracing change and autonomy.
• Fluent in Italian and English; willingness to travel for onsite client meetings.
