Senior SAP Production Planning Business Analyst

About the role

Mind The Value is seeking a Senior Business Analyst specialized in SAP Production Planning (PP) to join its international consulting team. You will work on high‑impact S/4HANA transformation, rollout and implementation projects for leading manufacturers, translating business needs into functional specifications and supporting solution design.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and convert them into clear functional specifications for SAP PP.
• Map current (AS‑IS) processes, conduct fit‑gap analysis and support configuration of SAP PP, with exposure to QM and PM modules.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops, testing cycles and key‑user training sessions.
• Support international implementation and rollout projects, collaborating with clients and cross‑functional delivery teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience with SAP PP in implementation, rollout or S/4HANA migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and familiarity with SAP QM and/or SAP PM.
• Previous experience in consulting firms or system integrators.
• Professional proficiency in English.
