Senior Strategic Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Strategic Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and strategic growth within a fast‑moving marketplace. Based in Italy, you will own high‑impact initiatives from strategy development through execution and scaling, partnering with Product, Sales, Support, and Operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities, define priorities, and lead execution across key operational areas.
• Use advanced SQL and data analysis to generate insights, evaluate performance, and support strategic decisions.
• Develop growth strategies for product lines, optimize funnels, and increase customer engagement.
• Define, track, and communicate OKRs, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Lead cross‑functional projects to scale operations, improve workflows, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Design go‑to‑market programs, manage vendors, and support onboarding and operational processes.
• Present recommendations and project outcomes to leadership.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, technology operations, business analytics, or project management.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with daily hands‑on data manipulation and reporting.
• Strong analytical ability to turn complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets expertise.
• Experience designing and implementing CRM processes, workflows, and integrations.
• Proven track record building and improving end‑to‑end operational processes.
