Senior UX Researcher – Remote Worldwide

About the role

We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join Tether’s global team and shape the user experience of our diverse fintech products. Working 100% remotely, you will dive into user behavior across consumer apps, developer portals and emerging blockchain services, ensuring every interaction is intuitive and trustworthy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies across Tether’s product suite, from the Keet app to developer platforms.
• Conduct field studies in varied markets, such as observing how users in Lagos interact with USDT on mobile devices.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers and product managers to translate insights into actionable design recommendations.
• Synthesize findings into clear reports and presentations that drive product decisions.
• Continuously monitor user feedback and iterate research methods to improve overall experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in UX research at a senior level, preferably in fintech or digital finance.
• Strong curiosity and analytical mindset with the ability to ask the right questions.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote, globally distributed team.
