SEO Content Writer/Editor – Italian Betting Tips for FIFA World Cup 2026

About the role

Odds Scanner Group is seeking a freelance Italian-language SEO Content Writer/Editor to lead its betting-tips coverage of the FIFA World Cup 2026. You will create and refine match previews, predictions and tournament analysis for an Italian audience, ensuring high-quality, SEO-friendly content throughout the event.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit betting tips, match previews, predictions and tournament analysis in Italian.
• Produce daily and match-day content such as value-bet picks, accumulators, prop suggestions and stage-by-stage analysis.
• Review and quality-check contributions from other Italian-language writers, maintaining tone, accuracy and brand voice.
• Apply internal SEO guidelines, including on-page structure, content briefs, internal linking and keyword targeting.
• Verify factual information on teams, line-ups, form, injuries and tournament context up to publication.
• Maintain a rapid publishing cadence aligned with the World Cup calendar.

Required profile

• Native-level Italian language skills.
• Deep knowledge of football, especially Serie A, European club competitions and international tournaments.
• At least 3 years of experience writing or editing betting content in the Italian iGaming market.
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals for match-related queries.
• Familiarity with the Italian betting market and ability to work under tight deadlines during a live tournament.

Required skills

• SEO on-page optimization (structure, internal linking, keyword targeting).
• Content editing and quality assurance.
• Use of editorial workflow tools such as ClickUp.
