SEO & Digital Marketing Expert (Remote, Contract)

About the role

This part‑time, hourly contract position is with a fast‑growing AI data services company. As an SEO & Digital Marketing Subject Matter Expert you will review and create AI‑generated marketing outputs, ensuring they meet high standards of accuracy, brand fit, and strategic relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content such as detailed prompts, content briefs, and optimization notes.
• Evaluate AI‑generated SEO and marketing responses for intent match, correctness, clarity, and practical applicability.
• Rate and compare multiple AI outputs, providing precise written feedback and recommendations.
• Fact‑check information, spot weak logic, overclaims, hallucinated facts, and risky marketing claims.
• Collaborate remotely with the expert network to improve AI model performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in SEO and/or digital marketing (in‑house, agency, or consultancy).
• Strong analytical instincts with experience using GA4, Search Console, and custom dashboards.
• Excellent attention to detail and C1‑level English proficiency.
• Self‑directed, reliable, and able to deliver consistent quality across time zones.
