Server-Room Service – Lake Como Edition (Season 2026)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Server‑Room Service team member to join The Lake Como EDITION for the 2026 season. The role involves delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to guests in a luxury hotel setting, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests according to event type and service standards.
• Set tables, answer menu questions, and communicate any special dietary requirements to the kitchen.
• Record orders in the MICROS POS system and present accurate checks for payment.
• Check guest satisfaction throughout the service and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware and complete closing duties such as restocking and turning off lights.
• Follow all company safety, security and uniform policies, and protect confidential information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of one year experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS POS system.

What we offer

• Gross annual salary between €24,700 and €26,000 (including 13th and 14th month payments, prorated).
