Service Coordinator – French Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a Service Coordinator who is fluent in French and English to manage the scheduling and execution of service activities for our e‑mobility solutions. You will act as the central point of contact between customers, service technicians and external partners, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service technicians and external service partners.
• Plan and align service operations directly with customers.
• Collaborate closely with the remote service team and development department.
• Independently organize and follow up on all service assignments.
• Plan and schedule annual inspections.

Required profile

• Technical education or relevant experience in a related field.
• Interest in e‑mobility and sustainable transportation.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Independent, structured work approach with a solution‑oriented mindset.
