Service Technician

About the role

Join Kanadevia Inova as a Service Technician and support the maintenance and installation of industrial equipment used in waste‑to‑value technologies. You will work on‑site, collaborating with experienced technicians to ensure reliable operation of machinery that transforms waste into energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer and more.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance and basic installation of industrial equipment and machinery.
• Perform regular checks on tools and equipment to guarantee readiness and safety.
• Collaborate with senior technicians on larger repair or installation projects, gaining hands‑on experience.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or equivalent in mechanical, structural, energetic or environmental fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within energy, environmental technology, renewable energy or related industry.
• Physical ability to perform manual labour, including standing, lifting and working in varied site conditions.
• Fluent in Italian (native) and English at B2 level or higher.
• Team‑player attitude with a willingness to learn.
