Service Technician Traineeship (12-month)

About the role

Join Tesla’s new Service Technician Traineeship in Milan for a 12‑month, full‑time program. You will receive hands‑on training to become a qualified automotive service technician, supporting Tesla’s mission to accelerate sustainable energy.

Key responsibilities

• Perform basic inspections, repairs and service on Tesla vehicles.
• Carry out pre‑delivery inspections for new and used cars.
• Use hand, power and shop tools while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness of customer vehicles and workshop areas.
• Complete technical modules covering chassis, body, glazing, electrical, infotainment, driver‑assistance, drivetrain, thermal systems and vehicle inspection.
• Participate in enrichment weeks to experience other Tesla functions.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience in mechanical, electrical or engineering tasks (certifications preferred but not required).
• Valid EU driving licence.
• Strong enthusiasm for fast‑paced, hands‑on training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Safety‑first attitude and professional demeanor.
