Service Technician Traineeship – Bologna

About the role

Join Tesla’s brand‑new Service Technician Traineeship in Bologna and become part of the team that keeps our innovative vehicles running at the highest standard. Over a 12‑month fixed‑term contract you will receive world‑class technical training and hands‑on experience across a range of automotive systems.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and perform basic inspections, repairs and service of Tesla vehicles.
• Conduct entry‑level work on chassis, body, glazing, electrical, infotainment, driver assistance, drivetrain and thermal systems.
• Carry out Pre‑Delivery Inspections (PDI) for new and used cars.
• Operate a variety of hand, power and shop tools while following safety protocols.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and workshop organization.
• Pass mid‑point and end‑point assessments to graduate from the program.

Required profile

• Demonstrable mechanical, electrical or engineering experience (certification preferred but not required).
• Valid EU Driving License.
• Strong enthusiasm for a fast‑paced, hands‑on training environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Safety‑first attitude and professional demeanor.
