Showroom/PR Office Assistant

About the role

The Showroom/PR Office Assistant will support the execution of public‑relations activities and events while maintaining the showroom and office environment to the highest standards. This role combines logistical coordination, inventory control, health‑and‑safety oversight, and daily office management in a fast‑paced luxury retail setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the successful execution of PR activities and events by providing efficient logistical support.
• Maintain high organisational standards for the showroom, ensuring samples and press materials are always available and in excellent condition.
• Handle deliveries, including receiving, organising, and distributing merchandise to ensure smooth operations.
• Support cross‑functional teams to meet business objectives and deliver seamless execution of events and operational tasks.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance in accordance with local regulations and company standards in Milan.
• Act as the primary point of contact for office management matters, overseeing safety equipment such as CCTV systems, fire extinguishers, emergency signage, and first‑aid supplies.
• Report employee attendance and related administrative data accurately and in a timely manner to HR on a weekly basis.

Required profile

• Ability to provide efficient logistical support for PR and event activities.
• Strong attention to maintaining showroom and inventory in excellent condition.
• Capability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of local Health & Safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance.
• Reliability in handling office management matters and safety equipment maintenance.
• Accuracy in reporting attendance and administrative data to HR.
