Site Manager – Electrical and Energy Installations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead construction activities for electrical and energy installations. You will ensure that projects meet quality, safety, schedule and cost targets while complying with owner guidelines and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve contractor QA/QC documentation.
• Develop and maintain the Quantitative Control Plan for the discipline.
• Monitor contractor schedules, resources and project execution, reporting critical issues to the Construction Manager.
• Supervise multiple contractors, ensuring inspections and tests follow the Quality Assurance Plan.
• Validate work stoppages, prepare progress reports and update the AURA system.
• Oversee electrical facilities (OHL, UGL, HV, MV, LV DC/AC, communications, protections) and manage As‑Built documentation.
• Control cost deviations, manage payments and coordinate with other Site Managers.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the energy sector with hands‑on work supervision.
• Valid local work‑validation licence (if applicable) and Class B1 driving licence with own 4×4 vehicle.
• Full PPE suitable for wind‑turbine or similar plant environments.
• Physical ability to walk >1 km/day on rough terrain, lift up to 45 kg and work in adverse weather.
• Fluent in English and, where required, the local project language.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with the AURA project‑management system.
