Site Manager – High-Voltage Service

About the role

Siemens Energy is looking for a Site Manager to lead high‑voltage service projects, including revamps, retrofits, extensions and modernisation of AIS and GIS systems. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while supporting the energy transition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑site project execution according to agreed timelines, budgets and performance targets.
• Define and oversee the on‑site project organisation to guarantee smooth delivery.
• Manage and coordinate resources, fostering strong collaboration within the project team.
• Monitor technical and financial aspects together with the Project Engineer and Project Manager.
• Engage all stakeholders and handle escalations to ensure prompt issue resolution.
• Prepare and manage EHS requirements to guarantee safe site access and construction activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of high‑voltage and medium‑voltage electrical substations (CEI 11‑27).
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a technical high‑school diploma.
• Strong proficiency with project‑management tools.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 100 % within Italy and up to 20 % internationally).

Required skills

• High‑voltage and medium‑voltage electrical substations knowledge (CEI 11‑27).
• Project‑management tools proficiency.
