Site Manager – Utility-Scale Solar Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site/Construction Manager to lead the delivery of utility‑scale solar PV projects across Sicily, Italy. You will be responsible for coordinating all on‑site activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and control project scope, engineering drawings, purchase orders and subcontract requisitions.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to keep schedules and budgets on track.
• Oversee subcontractors’ installation work together with site engineers, guaranteeing design accuracy and quality.
• Liaise with suppliers and the Procurement department to manage material deliveries.
• Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan and Quality Control procedures.
• Coordinate damage and accident reporting in partnership with the HSE department.

Required profile

• Proven experience in utility‑scale solar power plant projects.
• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Willingness to relocate and work on‑site five days a week.

Required skills

• Utility‑scale solar power plant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of MS Project.
