Site Supervisor

About the role

As a Site Supervisor you will join Siemens Energy’s technical community and lead the implementation of innovative high‑voltage solutions on the grid. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure project milestones are met, and act as the main technical liaison with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Handle tasks required to achieve project goals, designing processes that integrate with other disciplines.
• Run and coordinate technical project‑team resources to meet technical objectives.
• Lead technical meetings with suppliers and customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Interface with all business units involved in the project and support the proposal team when needed.

Required profile

• Professional background in electromechanical high‑voltage systems with deep knowledge of technical documentation such as wiring diagrams.
• Certification and experience in erection and commissioning of high‑voltage equipment from major manufacturers (e.g., Siemens Energy, Hitachi, GE Vernova, COELME, Trench).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Elcad and Cadelet.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for short (2‑3 weeks) and medium‑term assignments.
