Social Media & Content Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to strengthen our global digital presence. You will join the Marketing Team at Rocket Espresso Milano and help shape the brand narrative across all online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy that boosts brand awareness and engagement worldwide.
• Manage the editorial calendar and coordinate digital campaigns with the marketing team.
• Analyze performance metrics, produce reports and optimise content based on data insights.
• Create or supervise high‑quality social media assets, including copy, visuals and video.
• Write and manage newsletters and blog posts, ensuring consistency with the brand’s tone of voice.

Required profile

• Native English speaker or fully bilingual (mandatory).
• Strong storytelling and copywriting abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset combined with creative flair.
• Experience in premium, design‑driven or lifestyle brands is a plus.

Required skills

• Social media platform expertise (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Content creation skills for copy, graphics and video.
• Ability to analyse KPIs and generate performance reports.

• Annual gross salary ranging from €30,000 to €40,000, dependent on experience.
