Social Media Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Social Media Executive to join Seed To Skin Tuscany, the luxury skincare brand of Borgo Lifestyle Group. You will shape the brand’s digital voice, create compelling visual stories and grow our community across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage editorial calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing goals.
• Create, coordinate and publish engaging visual and written content tailored to each platform.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity and emerging digital opportunities within the beauty and luxury sectors.
• Lead TikTok strategy and execution to maximise reach, engagement and brand visibility.
• Coordinate PR seeding and influencer collaborations, identifying creators and managing relationships.
• Work closely with creative and marketing teams to produce innovative content that reflects the brand’s tone of voice.
• Track, analyse and report performance metrics, providing insights to optimise campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media for beauty, skincare or luxury brands.
• Fluent English with strong written communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Analytical approach to reporting and performance analysis.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and passionate about digital communication.
