Social Media Executive – Luxury Skincare

About the role

We are looking for a creative and data‑driven Social Media Executive to join Seed To Skin Tuscany, the luxury skincare brand of Borgo Lifestyle Group. Based in Florence, you will shape the brand’s digital presence across key platforms, telling compelling stories that reflect our high‑end aesthetic and drive audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage editorial calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing goals.
• Create, coordinate and publish visual‑focused content tailored to each platform, emphasizing storytelling and audience interaction.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity and emerging digital opportunities within the beauty and luxury sectors.
• Lead TikTok strategy and execution to maximise reach, engagement and brand visibility.
• Coordinate PR seeding and influencer collaborations, identifying creators, managing partnerships and maintaining relationships.
• Work closely with creative and marketing teams to produce innovative content that matches the brand’s tone of voice and aesthetic.
• Track, analyse and report performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, preferably within beauty or luxury markets.
• Strong personal interest in beauty and skincare.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Analytical approach with experience in reporting and performance analysis.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and passionate about digital communication.
