Social Media Manager (Freelance)

About the role

The Art Insider is looking for a creative, proactive Social Media Manager to shape and own the brand’s digital personality. Working directly with founder Fulvio De Bonis, you will craft a recognizable voice across Instagram and YouTube for an audience of international art‑travel enthusiasts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent tone, rhythm and point of view for the brand’s social channels.
• Produce, edit and publish short‑form video reels and photos using phone and professional camera equipment.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, experiment with formats and generate visual assets.
• Plan editorial calendars, adapt them when high‑impact opportunities arise, and ensure timely publication.
• Monitor Instagram and LinkedIn analytics weekly, translate insights into plain‑language recommendations and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Write bilingual captions (Italian and English) in Fulvio’s voice, maintaining brand elegance and humor.

Required profile

• Clear vision for a brand’s digital identity and the patience to build it over time.
• Strong aesthetic taste reflected in framing, composition and storytelling.
• Initiative‑driven mindset; you generate ideas without a predefined task list.
• Comfort interacting with high‑profile individuals in private or exclusive settings.
• Self‑sufficient and able to manage the full content production cycle.

Required skills

• Video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut).
• Photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Lightroom).
• Photography and mobile videography.
• Experience with Instagram and LinkedIn analytics dashboards.
• Proficiency with AI content‑generation tools.
• C2‑level English (spoken and written); Italian proficiency for caption writing.
