Social Media Manager Internship

About the role

Extramus is looking for a motivated Social Media Manager intern to help build and grow its online presence. This unpaid position offers a unique opportunity to work on real projects while living in Italy, with support for relocation and accommodation.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage and grow content across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Develop and execute a content strategy aimed at increasing engagement and brand awareness.
• Monitor and respond to comments, reviews and inquiries promptly.
• Track trends and analytics to ensure posts reach the intended audience.
• Build relationships with customers, partners and relevant organisations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest social‑media trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation, time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Team‑player attitude combined with self‑motivation and independence.
• Problem‑solving mindset, open‑mindedness and tolerance.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop.
• Basic knowledge of Lightroom.
• Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro.
• Basic knowledge of Final Cut.
• Basic knowledge of Canva.
