Social Media Manager – Italy

About the role

Amazon Music is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to lead its Italian social presence. Based in Milan, you will shape how the brand engages fans, artists and creators across Meta, TikTok and YouTube.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a local social‑media strategy that drives engagement and reach on Meta and TikTok, with testing on YouTube.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of Amazon Music Italy’s social channels, including content publishing, paid boosting, community monitoring and moderation.
• Collaborate with the Italy editorial and industry teams to create locally relevant campaigns and assets.
• Define, track and report on social KPIs, ensuring continuous optimisation through testing and measurement.
• Partner with the EU brand and social teams to integrate social into broader marketing initiatives and regional organic strategies.
• Educate internal stakeholders on emerging trends and best practices, and support live‑stream events with real‑time content and paid amplification.
• Oversee influencer and creator collaborations to amplify brand messages.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media for a consumer‑facing brand, preferably in music or entertainment.
• Deep passion for music, pop culture and the social‑media landscape.
• Strong creative, analytical and project‑management abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platform management.
• TikTok content creation and advertising.
