About the role

Unobravo is looking for a creative Social Media Manager to lead content for its social‑first brand. As a core member of the Marketing team, you will craft entertaining, impactful posts that spark conversation around mental health while supporting the company’s international expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Create and distribute engaging short‑ and long‑form content across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms.
• Own content distribution to maximize reach, engagement and traffic.
• Support the definition of social strategy, set content pillars and priorities.
• Lead the Social Media squad (design, copy, content) and build a culturally resonant calendar.
• Experiment with new platforms, video formats, live‑streams and creative scripts.
• Moderate community interactions, foster authentic conversations and grow the audience.
• Analyze metrics, turn insights into actionable optimisations.

Required profile

• Solid experience managing social media for a major brand or creator account.
• Hands‑on mindset: you love executing as well as strategising.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both static images and video content with cultural relevance.
• Proven ability to grow highly engaged communities and amplify reach.
• Detail‑oriented with experience in high‑level strategy and hands‑on production.
• Analytical skills: regularly review metrics and refine strategy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with in‑app creator tools such as CapCut Pro.
• Video editing expertise using Adobe Premiere.
• Design capabilities with Figma.

What we offer

• Transparent salary range of €38,000 – €50,000 per year.
