Social Media Specialist

About the role

The Social Media Specialist will join the Marketing & Communications Department at Prada Group's headquarters in Milan, supporting the Social Media Senior Manager. The role focuses on executing the brand’s social media strategy through scheduling, reporting, benchmarking, and community monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate social media posts in line with the organic digital communication plan.
• Track key metrics, generate performance reports, and provide insights to optimise future campaigns.
• Share digital communication plans and assets internally and support local market roll‑out.
• Handle administrative tasks such as invoice processing, payment tracking, and supplier management.
• Monitor platform developments, conduct competitive research and prepare benchmarking reports.
• Assist the Senior Manager with content creation when required.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar social media role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self‑starter attitude, global mindset and high attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr).
• High competence in Microsoft PowerPoint and reporting.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and video‑editing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, proofreading and editing.
