About the role

The Social Media Specialist will be the creative engine behind Red Bull's social presence, driving bold ideas, fresh storytelling, and cultural relevance across TikTok and YouTube Shorts. You will shape social‑first content that fuels fan growth, boosts engagement, and positions the brand at the forefront of entertainment and sport.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce social‑first content concepts with a strong focus on local relevance for the youngest audience.
• Collaborate with internal creators and external agencies, video makers, and editors to execute ideas during events and daily production.
• Maintain consistency in tone of voice, visual language, and storytelling across all channels.
• Monitor emerging trends and platform evolutions, especially on TikTok and YouTube Shorts, turning insights into high‑performing content.
• Support the Social Media Manager in editorial planning, activation coordination, and audience engagement.
• Build community through social media management and community‑focused initiatives.
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in social media.
• Passionate about TikTok, YouTube Shorts and emerging digital trends.
• Collaborative, creative mindset with curiosity about creator content.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic mobile apps for video and photo editing.

What we offer

• Annual gross salary €34,000 – €40,000, based on experience and responsibilities.
• Employment under the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio).
