About the role

Plentific is seeking a Software Architect to shape the technical direction of its cloud‑based property‑management platform. The role combines strategic design with hands‑on coding, ensuring that product vision is translated into robust, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers to turn business requirements into technical strategies and detailed designs.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, guiding them toward on‑time delivery of features.
• Design and evolve service‑oriented architecture deployed on Kubernetes at scale.
• Contribute directly to the codebase, setting standards for readability, testing, and maintainability.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools throughout the software lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering complex backend systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to bridge product and engineering.
• Passion for code quality, design patterns, and automated testing.
