Software Engineer - Backend

About the role

Technogym is looking for a talented Backend Engineer with 4‑5 years of experience to design, implement, and evolve cloud‑native solutions that power its fitness ecosystem, including gym equipment, mobile and web applications, and third‑party integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# (.NET) and Node.js.
• Architect and manage cloud‑native services on AWS or GCP, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaborate with product, security, and infrastructure teams to streamline delivery pipelines and maintain compliance.
• Handle incidents, improve alerting, and maintain high service uptime.
• Leverage AI coding tools to review, debug, and optimize code.

Required skills
