Software Engineer – ICT Solutions Development

About the role

The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain ICT solutions that meet internal customer requirements, ensuring maximum functionality, efficiency, and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and design detailed solution architectures.
• Develop and engineer solution components using modern programming languages.
• Create mockups, prototypes, and end‑user solutions.
• Formalize and document solutions, including technical and training material.
• Provide support beyond first‑level help desk when needed.
• Perform pre‑release testing, code reviews, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain integrations and data flows within complex application systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and monitor existing applications for updates or new features.
• Act as a product expert for feature, module, or system support.
• Promote digital technologies, innovation, and sustainable development practices.

Required profile

• Ability to understand internal customer requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaboration skills to define technical specifications and feasibility with other IT professionals.
• Experience participating in the full software lifecycle, from component development to feature delivery.
• Commitment to writing quality code according to standards and shared tools.
• Proficiency in pre‑release testing, code review, and maintaining complex integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
• Capacity to produce clear technical documentation and training resources.
• Proactive learning attitude and willingness to adopt innovative digital tools.
