Software Engineer III – Backend (Consumer Growth)

About the role

Satispay, a fast‑growing fintech platform serving over 6.5 million users, is looking for a Backend Engineer III to design and build scalable features that drive user growth and reduce friction in the Consumer Growth domain.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full story lifecycle from technical design to production release for growth‑related features.
• Build and optimise high‑reliability systems for onboarding, document verification and security flows.
• Develop core backend services for shop discovery and personalised consumer journeys.
• Implement the technical foundation for loyalty, subscription plans and referral programmes.
• Manage and improve the AWS‑based microservice infrastructure and drive architectural enhancements.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to increase coding efficiency, perform root‑cause analysis and generate documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Backend Engineer building scalable microservices.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with focus on performance, user experience and ownership.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and collaborate across product and stakeholder teams.
• Fluent English communication and passion for FinTech or startup environments.
