Software Engineer – IoT Platform & AI/ML

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our IoT Platform and Data Science team. The role focuses on enhancing the Tenova IoT Platform and building AI/ML applications that improve production efficiency and enable predictive maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop new features of the Tenova IoT platform using Azure services, handling data ingestion, real‑time stream processing, storage and analytics.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to design and deploy AI‑based applications on industrial machinery to boost efficiency, reduce unplanned downtime and support predictive maintenance.
• Partner with product‑line colleagues to create and launch innovative solutions to market.

Required profile

• STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics).
• Strong knowledge of object‑oriented programming, preferably with the .NET Framework and C#.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
