Special Events / Birthday Instructor

About the role

Join The Little Gym as a Special Events/Birthday Instructor and lead fun, active birthday parties and special events for children aged 4 months to 12 years. You’ll create a warm, educational environment while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or assist birthday parties and special events using The Little Gym’s proven curriculum.
• Provide a safe, engaging, and educational experience for children and families.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, treating guests like family.
• Maintain a clean and organized party area before, during, and after events.
• Collect tips and feedback to continuously improve the party experience.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, energetic, and able to play and interact with children.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and a desire to make others feel good.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, active environment.
• Flexible availability, especially afternoons and evenings on weekends.

Required skills

• Ability to follow and deliver a structured curriculum.
• Basic knowledge of child development, physical education, or gymnastics (preferred but not mandatory).
