Special Sales Internship – Customer Management & Logistics

About the role

Ferrari is seeking a motivated intern to join its Special Sales team in Maranello. The role supports end‑to‑end customer management, financial and logistical planning, and worldwide auction monitoring for high‑value racing and sports cars.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with 360° customer management, including contract signing, archiving, and certification handling.
• Support financial and logistical planning activities such as creating business partners, managing pro‑forma invoices, payments, transport, customs, and vehicle tracking.
• Monitor worldwide auctions for special sales, focusing on racing cars and limited‑edition sports cars.
• Help with the Speedform project by checking crate contents, updating suppliers, and coordinating deliveries to customers.

Required profile

• Recent Master’s graduate or final‑year Master’s student in Economics, Digital Marketing, Management Engineering, or a related field.
• Passion for automotive and luxury sectors with prior internship or project experience.
• Analytical, target‑oriented, and structured thinking with strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
