Informazioni sul ruolo

Entra nella Business Unit Building & Infrastructures di Bureau Veritas, nel team Back Office Sales, per supportare la gestione dei contatti con i clienti e contribuire al coordinamento dei servizi erogati.

Responsabilità principali

Gestione dei contatti telefonici e via e‑mail di follow‑up.
Supporto ai clienti nella risoluzione delle loro richieste.
Interfaccia con i clienti per il coordinamento dei servizi erogati.

Profilo richiesto

Diploma o laurea triennale.
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Doti di organizzazione del tempo e delle scadenze.
Preferibile esperienza pregressa in call center.

Competenze richieste

Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare Microsoft Excel.
