About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Intern to support daily operations and ensure excellent service for our customers. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and gain hands‑on experience with order processing, CRM tools, and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Support order processing across multiple sales channels, focusing on new strategic customers.
• Assist with the implementation and daily use of the CRM system, keeping customer data accurate.
• Register and manage customer claims through the dedicated portal.
• Upload invoices and supporting documentation to customers' portals, ensuring compliance with payment procedures.
• Help update orders during product phase‑ins and phase‑outs while maintaining accurate information.
• Monitor stock availability and support inventory visibility for efficient order management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to provide timely customer support.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the Customer Service team and contribute to process optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Foreign Languages or Communication Sciences.
• Good knowledge of English; additional EU language is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a teamwork mindset.
• Good knowledge of IT tools.
